I'm looking for a general guidelines/bset practices to follow when creating a new ad account on a traffic network that you were previously blocked on. I'm not only looking at Facebook here but I believe they the strictest.
I'll start with some questions:
1) Does it matter if a new pre-paid card or virtual card has the same name as a previously blocked card but a different card number?
2) Do you need to change the IP of the server your new domain is hosted?
3) Can virtual card or normal credit card get accepted even the name you enter for payment doesn't match the name on the card?
4) I believe you should sign up from a different IP address. Would something like a browser profile IP address spoofer be enough?
5) What methods do you use to get new cards?
What else should you avoid or do?
1) No (unless you were on their radar in a major way)
2) Yes
3) This will flag as fraud
4) It's not safe as these use shared IPs with thousands of others
5) Employee credit cards
Search around the forum for similar threads, there's a lot more advice regarding the various areas. You've a long way to go, but with a lot of reading you'll get there.
