Hey guys, is there any other option to exclude Internet Explorer from fb ads targeting, I tried Exclude - Digital Activites - Browsers - primarly Internet Explorer, but I'm still getting IE traffic through
No, there isn't.

If you target mobile you won't have to include Internet Explorer in the first place
