Stay Away From Shareaholic Content Amplification Platform.

Stay away from Sharaholic Content Amplification Platform.

Too many bugs and in my 3rd week and haven't gotten a single click from them.

Email I sent to them asking for a refund.

Hello,

Please refund transaction # *** for April 4, 2016 in the amount of $200.

Reason for refund. Your Native ads network is not ready for customers to be running campaigns on.

I am in my 3rd week now and have not gotten any traffic to my website thus far.

You guys keep saying "We’ve been working very hard to troubleshoot the issues on my end". "It’s being worked on now".

Issues keep arising. If it's not 1 bug, it's another.

Feel free to contact me at a later date when all of your bugs and glitches are worked out. It's not my job as the user to be a beta tester and identify glitches and bugs for you. The platform should be run smoothly from as soon as I start my campaign and i should get traffic after a 24 hour review period of my campaigns.

Please let me know as soon as the refund is issued. I will be waiting for your reply.

Thanks.

I was firm with one of the ad reps on skype and told them I was unhappy and she actually deleted me off skype.

She kept on saying "Thanks for your feedback, we are working hard at getting the bugs fixed". Blah Blah Blah.

If anyone has a different experience with them I would love to hear about it.

Hey, although I don´t work with them anymore, I had the same problem. What fixed it for me was switching accounts. After sending numerous e-mails to support we narrowed it down to some kind of account level bug. They agreed I would create another account - this one started receiving traffic, so problem fixed.

Be careful of their terms.... They dont give back prepayments and its in the fine print. I had to do an amex chargeback.
