Exactly, would be nice...
There is nothing like adult native traffic networks. This method is not really used in the adult biz.
Of course there are many hybrid sites out there, that post borderline stuff, but not sure Id call that adult traffic and you might find some of them in the typical native ad networks.
Native started by linking to "similar" articles on other sites, the core idea was probably to trade traffic and later on it evolved into a new type of traffic. This method of trading traffic was used in adult for many years already, but site owners managed the trades on their own. The closest match to a native ad network would be plugrush.com. They started exactly the same way, giving webmasters the ability to exchange traffic to their photo/video galleries through their DB - later on you could pick if you want just traffic in return or also sell part of it and get cash. Thats how the whole system started. They still operate the same way - you basically upload a sample photo from the page you want traffic to and they will place it within the widgets they have on publishers sites, so it will blend with the content.
But if you are looking exactly for the same setup as in mainstream networks, Im afraid there is nothing like that.
Reporo made a big advertising now on the Phoenix show but I had now opportunity to talk with them about it yet.

You can see some native ads on PornXS for an example of what they look like, very similar to mainstream.

I would say that www.plugrush.com started doing "native" with their plugs system when native didn't even exist. It's pretty similar to what is now the native standard widget (several thumbs with title and description).
PlugRush, Reporo, AdsKeeper, Plugz...from what I have found, Plugz is the only fully responsive solution in adult native.
