The offer is definitely doing high volume on all networks.

In terms of geos, depending on your budget and skills, you can test one or more geos. I think start with one and then you can definitely consider trying more.

One thing I noticed when promoting apps: Putting the logo usually kills performance. If I were you, I would try some non-branded banners, focusing on the problem => solution flow.

While I was reading this thread I realized that 80x80 picture is for logo.
Updated the native ads to use SuperB logo.
