approved any banned keywords in google adwords

I build little script that let approved any banned keywords for google adwords.
search below in google separately

stackthatmoney (42.600 Search results)
ѕtаckthаtmоney (0 Search results)

do you see the difference in search results ?
Same way adwords prefilter will auto approve any keywords pass through my script.i have already tested this method for a client and he running ads for last five days.
