I'm running an offer on Mobvista and I'm doing well with it.
Conversion rate is much higher than the average stated by my AM and I'm starting to see positive ROI.
There is a cap placed on the offer and my AM is refusing to open it for me for no specific reason at the moment.
Is there anyone in Mobvista that can help me with this?

Its possible that there just isnt any more caps available at this time for this offer in Mobvista. Your CR is irrelevant to it.
Try asking your AM (again) if its due to budget? If he is waiting for feedback from advertiser?
I find it hard to believe your AM wouldnt give you more caps if he can (as long as you are proving yourself with your traffic).
You need to understand that your AM also have restrictions and needs to work within the boundaries he has.
Try to build a good and honest relationship (Im not saying you didnt try) with your AM`s and it will help you in situations such as this (at the very least you will get more feedback).
