Legal Issues And Nutra Offers (6)

Hey all,

Anybody have any tips on how to protect yourself from legal issues around promoting nutra offers?

Most of the high volume landers all seem to have trademark infringement, false claims, fake celebrity endorsements, fake before and after photos, fake customer reviews etc etc.

It seems like a recipe for getting sued (or worse) so I've always been really risk averse with my landers.

I was wandering how far it's "safe" to push it and what steps you take to protect yourself legally when promoting nutra offers.

Would appreciate any thoughts.

I've seen ones where they put a legal disclaimer at the bottom stating that it's an advertisement and all the claims on the page aren't endorsed by the celeb.

This legal disclaimer though is using a very small font lol

I am not a laywer, but I believe this disclaimer won't save you from lawsuits.

a)Don't run them from a country where it is a legal issue
b)make sure nobody can find who is running it

How would we achieve this?

Private who.is on your domains which are purchased with vcc/bitcoins to start with. Hosting accounts on fake details and billing which cant be linked to you.

If you are really really worried about your network getting busted and giving out your details, then JV with a offshore guy have the cpa account setup on this name and wire goes to him first and then he sends it to you after his cut. (How we did it during fb viral script days)
