Yahoo Pub Network or Google Adsense?
Hey STM,
Are there any content publishers out there that know which contextual ad networks
tend to generate more revenue?
CHEA!

I don't pub but I will say two things. My bet is on Google ad more competition bidding on keywords so therefore higher CPC prices which you get a cut of. Secondly rotate both for a week and see for yourself.

Yeah the CPC's are higher on G, but I've heard some people who prefer YPN,
testing each is obviously the best way to know which works better for the site
you are using the ads on, but there has to be some guys around here who have tried
both before and know some pro's and con's

Does YPN even have a publisher program anymore? I think they closed it down. Anyway, when they first opened it the payouts were awesome, but then everything went to shit when they couldn't attract enough advertisers. So your answer is google.

What about CPM? I don't know how much volume you have but maybe test Rubicon and see what they can optimize to as far as eCPM for you.

Ya I'm pretty sure YPN is closed. If not I would definitely try it out. They were giving a tonne of $1-$2 for broad keywords. Early on I was getting $10 clicks with them...those we the days.
