Hi everyone. I just launched a campaign on Go2mobi. I tried out 2 different exchanges on go2mobi after I had no conversions on the 1st exchange. Got one conversion on the 2nd one (Pubmatic) although it didn't register on go2mobi. Trying to sort that out with the postback URL on my affiliate network. (If anyone knows the correct format for the postback URL on Peerfly when using Go2mobi I'd be interested in that too
)
Anyway, the problem is, on Pubmatic my winrate is extremely low so I'm getting very few wins on my bids. I'm using auto-bidding which accordint to go2mobi should give me a 40% winrate or so, but it-s below 1% !
If anyone can explain why this is and whether I need to change something to make this work. I'd want to spend 30$ per day on Pubmatic but I'm currently spending about 30-50 cents per hour which isn't enough.
Thank you.
Here is a stat pic from go2mobi :

Autobid on Go2Mobi is not ideal I think. If you have an account manager there, I would kindly ask for some average CPMs on the exchange and start bids from there. You can also check the Inventory and see if you are missing out on any big placements. That way you know if you have to increase your bid.
I prefer doing manual bid and then adjusting it as needed. Auto sounds good in theory but in practice the rate it provides is nowhere near the cheapest traffic you can get for that performance. At least that's what I found.
Thanks a lot for the help. I don't have an account manager there, but seeing as my average CPM for that offer is around 3$ and I have a very low winrate, I can probably bump that to 3.5-4$ CPM ?
You should ask support if you can get someone. From my view, Go2Mobi probably has the best account manager team for affiliates.
As for CPM bid, go bonkers imo for a small budget. Make it 3x, see if that brings traffic and adjust from there. You are basically making a small test to see what bid can get you data on your other variables. You can bid very high, it's unlikely you end up paying that CPM, so don't be scared of spending a few dollars on sky high bid if it opens up the next stage of data gathering and testing.
Just make sure you set a LOW budget and you don't drain your account with this
After you see which bid started opening up data, you can start doing other split tests, for banners, landers, the offer itself, etc.
Once those are more optimized, you can go through placements and/or adjust bids again. Go2Mobi allows you to bid per placement. That's more work but it can be worth it to optimize it as such a granular level, if you don't cut volume too much and the offer has a very high budget so the effort invested pays off.
