Make sure you vet the employee's like nothing else, make sure they're loyal and won't disappear after a few months with your secrets. Or even still, just disappear after you've spent months training them.
Try and delegate the secret sauce to different employee's so no-one person has the keys!

Well 5 media buyers will not get you to 100k a day lol More like 20 media buyers
100k a day needs to be in verticals that can support such volume; and if you are playing the accounts game then it will be 2x harder.
so think Finance.
Been hard at work, late update. I've decided not to pursue this and stay a bedroom affiliate doing stable $10k+/day.
3 months ago I'd be a bit more optimistic but after sitting down and contemplating on it, no way $36m/year is doable just as an affiliate and even if I managed to do it, the company would have no long term value or real defensibility. I've talked to a lot of "super-affiliates" who's been doing it for 4-5 years and people that do $30k+/day never done it for a year, even with a team of media buyers, account farmers, bots, internal spy tools etc. $2-3m/year profit seems to be the cap and I can do that solo.
So, reinvesting everything into Japan's real estate and AirBNB'ing it for now.
If everything goes according to plan (which it never does), with financing from banks etc. I'd be able to get my personal net worth to 8 figs in 2 years.
Having money is nice but I don't feel any happier than when I was a broke-ass making $2k/month.

36m is possible if you are the primary dealer for the publishers worldwide, not possible for being a Super Affiliate with a couple few person team "not on FULL TIME salary", there are many things to address such as credit lines established with many different advertising network companies and if your 30 Days ROI averages 5x then you must have $600,000 plus cash on hand for the float assuming 10% for cuts in payout for accessing quality and thus you must have close to $700k to run each month, assuming all network publishers you are dealing with can pay out $1-$3 million dollars on a 30 days basis each month for one single account - you. Well, may be possible...it's going to be a "mission impossible mission". Well, KKR a firm in the 1980s with a 13 person teams, controls more than 500 Fortune-1000 type corporations with total more than 250,000 employees worldwide. Well, never say it's never possible.
