First, you add to your tracker 1)the offer(s), 2)the lander(s), and 3)the traffic source(s). (And for the affiliate network you'll need to set up the postback link so the conversions will be "posted back" to your tracker.)

Then you'll create a campaign on your tracker, by specifying which offers and landers you want to use. The tracker will then give you a campaign link.

You'll then set up a campaign on the traffic source and paste in this campaign link, and upload your banners to this traffic source. Now, whenever a banner is clicked, that campaign link is "triggered" and your tracker will know to send the visitor to the landers and offers you specified in your tracker campaign settings.

If you want your tracker to track the stats for each banner (how many clicks from each banner and how many conversion from each banner), you'll need to find out what the dynamic tracking token is from the traffic source, and add that to your tracker's settings for that traffic source. Do this BEFORE you generate the tracker campaign link, and you'll see this token included as part of the link.

As for offer landing page looking terrible - there's not much you can do. Improving your landers will help. You can also try to ask your affiliate manager if the offer's advertiser has other offer pages available. If you send them enough conversions, some advertisers would be willing to set up a custom offer landing page for you.
