Hey guys I know this is a "well it depends" question, but I'm trying to figure out what traffic CPC I have to be at so I kind of need an idea of what is probably the best possible CTR and CVR percentages for a SOI dating offer?
I know this will depend on a lot of factors, but my guess would be somewhere around 35% CTR and 10-12% CVR over a large sample of clicks? I see this kind of as probably being the "ceiling" when it comes to SOI offers.
Any input on what you guys think would be the best you can expect over the longrun for a SOI offer would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Ask your network for their average.
LP CTR is a vanity metric, if you ripped a proven lander you can ignore it.
Hello,
it really isnt possible to generalize just like that.
Every offer is diffent and so is the GEO.
There are 3 basic factors : banner CTR, LP CTR and Offer CVR - a small change on all of them can result in a big change in ROI.
Only one of these factors is almost the same across the board, since everyone uses a similar type of LP. The CTR should be around 30% for sure, tho it will go from 25% up to 35% in most cases. This is for desktop traffic, mobile will be lower.
It also depends on what kinda banner you use, take something misleading and the banner CTR will go up. but the LP CTR will go down.
The actual offer CVR will fluctuate a lot, 10% is usually good, tho I have had as high as 15-20% with SOI offers on good traffic, but also as low as 2% and it was still profitable. The price of the traffic plays a major role here. Usually the cheaper traffic has lower CVR of course.
As you can see, there really isnt an average you could go by, its a case-by-case type of scenario. What matters is the final ROI.
Hey guys thanks for the input.
I know it's a vague question and there are so many variables, but I just wanted sort of "realistic" CVR rates to shoot for. Since I'm still fairly new to the adult scene, I would like to know for example that maybe I shouldn't expect to convert an SOI offer at 30% etc.
So say perhaps I test a new offer, assuming I have good quality traffic I can go in there with a "realistic" target (say 30% CTR for LP and a 10% CVR), that way I can kind of estimate how much I can afford to pay for traffic etc.
I would really love to give you some ranges but its simply not possible as its different from placement to placement.
Im looking at my own stats for today, so let me give you some numbers :
1. LP ctr is as low as 8% with one spot, but its an in-video so thats enough sometimes. On the other end is one placement with LP CTR of 45%.
2. Offer CVR : the best I have today is 25% with a DOI offer, its just a few leads tho. Then there are some above 10% and the rest is between 3-10%, all still DOI. I dont run much SOI today, but there are 2, one is at 12% CVR, the other one at 5%. The one with 5% is better in ROI than the other one simply because its super cheap traffic.
See how much it fluctuates? You need to buy some hits, figure out how much you have to pay per click and then base the calculations on that.
