after running a campaign for about 2-3 weeks on ES - sweeps - iphone offers on clickdealer , adsimills and f5 , using popads for traffic and

made site id's optimization , and device type filtering after 2 weeks on the run and added a whitelist campaign on popads for site id's that showed profit .
after talking with a friend i met here , i was told to check out the ZA geo on the same sweeps vertical , started checking out the networks , also managed to get in mundo last week , he recommended trying pin submint though from what i gather from the finch book , it will be more costly as i can only work with one mobile carrier , hence the competiton and bidding prices will be higher .
my daily budget for now is 25$
the ES offers are ranging for 0.4-1.2$ epc
on my best daily run so far i had about -30 to -40% roi
the ZA offers i found were all at the range of 0.2-0.3$ epc ,not sure if it is to low to work with it? ,
now i am wondering how to continue
options are :
1.go back to the ES campaign , try to make it profitable
2.start going the ZA way and get some more experience on a different geo
3.ask the AM's on the networks i am enlisted ( clickdealer ,f5 , adsimills and mundo) and see if they suggest otherwise .
4.think about maybe changing the traffic source to adcash or propellor but not sure about it , my friend told me my chances for profit at popads are slim , though i see plenty of people say it's what they work with on the follow along posts , feeling a bit unsecured about that issue, would appreciate some insights on it
i think i'll start with the AM's as it cant hurt to ask
