ADSUPPLY is a PAIN in the ass to get a refund from... (10)

I've gone through this with another advertising network. I had spent probably $30k... had some money in my account, but had no offers to run for a bit.. I wanted to use the money for something else, requested a refund.. and they wouldn't give me a refund. I have just come to expect no refunds now when making deposits, so I always do the minimum to do a test and will just run through all of it.

It seems reasonable to me that they could say the initial test deposit is non-refundable. But they should make it clear in the beginning.

How he handled this was pretty bad though.

Seems like he's just trying to ask you one question and your responses came across as kind of rude, IMO. That said.. hope you get your refund.

His question was appropriate the first time when I requested a refund (2 months ago), so I answered it.

Then a month later I requested the funds again... same back and forth 'hard-sell' tactic from their network.

This time I seriously didn't want to play this back and forth 'HARD SELL' game anymore.

In all honestly, I would have just explained why to him, properly. I know you shouldn't have to and it doesn't seem standard.. but I'm guessing it's some strict company policy they have. Once you've done that, they should have no reason to not refund you. Go through support instead and just push the issue. Hope it works out for you.

I don't know the whole story obviously but from what you've shown us here, you were slightly a dick to him. He works for the company and appeared to have helped you get all setup and just wanted a reason to why you wanted a refund. This is no different than customer feedback so maybe there was something they did wrong so they can improve on it later. The refund sounds like it's there the guy just needed a reason, I've worked with Jay in the past and he was always pleasant to work with which is why I find this unusual.

"You have until xyz date to refund my money, your traffic didn't convert for me." No more fucking questions needed. Leonidas was even too polite with him imho. If I wouldn't have gotten the money after the 2nd time I would've told him to fuck off, charge back the funds via bank (claim fraud), told one of my workers to write 5+ shit reviews on them on scamreports etc. that come up in Google quickly. If the sum would've been bigger ($5k+) then would've considered a lot more aggressive tactics that WOULD HAVE gotten their attention VERY FAST. Don't let traffic sources rip you off!

I just realized how many screenshots you posted as its all blended into one and i guess some of the guys who replied didnt notice that either. Now I see you started out polite and its quite visible the AM was just trying to hold you on board and try to make you spend the cash with them, which is understandable but Id say you waited long enough.

Fund with a CC and just say "Look are you going to give me the refund or do I need to call my credit card and start a charge back?"
