Best Landing Page Creators? (and a lil venting)

What do you guys think are the best landing page creators? For people with little technical knowledge?

I signed up for a free trial of Instapage, but I don't like the fact that they host it for you, which I found out after spending time making the landing page.

I bought InstaBuilder earlier, I liked what I saw on the salespage. Now I go to access it and they are offering me a PRO version for a monthly fee for features I thought I had just paid for.

The salespage is deceiving. I was/am pissed, I started to send them an email, then in the middle of it I stopped. Like wait, I'm one of them, this is what I do to people too. I'm showing you dating ads telling you there is a Russian woman eager to meet you because you are 36 years old and from the UK and......the lies continue.

You may want to check out these threads:

http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...rop)-for-a-mac
http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...g-Page-Creator (really old thread - you'll need to verify whether the information is still relevant)

Then of course there are other options:

1)Work with freelancers (Fiverr, UpWork, etc.)

2)Rip landers and modify them (will need to learn a little coding)

3)Use a service like bannerslanders.com.

This might just be my personal preference, but I took the time to start learning html, css, php on my own. I work on a Mac, so I got this neat free tool called Brackets, which is basically just a simple text editor with FTP (and other) extensions.

Took me much longer to get my first LP up and running, but in the mean time you gain valuable skills that can be reapplied, making developing subsequent LPs much faster. Plus you save a buck.

I also use a tool called SiteSucker to grab existing LPs for ideas and tricks I didn't know about.

Hi Irma, both Vortex and Francug provided great options. I actually combined the two in the beginning. I ripped/tweaked landers and began training myself, but I also sent over some orders to bannerslanders.com. I suggest both because you can use a service to get more complex landers done quicker (and get tips) while you train yourself at the same time.
