I applied for a couple of offers on F5 and got approved to run them but the creatives have to be reviewed first. I sent the banners a month ago and haven't received an answer yet, I figured the AM forgot or maybe the ticket got lost in the system so I sent the banners again 8 days ago but nobody has replied yet. I included my affiliate number, offer name/number.. I'm I doing something wrong? Is this normal?
Whats up man, yeah that is definitely not normal - The AM should definitely be on top of that with his Bivdev side so they can get in touch with the Advertiser so they can test those creatives. I would just keep pinging the AM until you get a response, if he doesnt then ditch him. Keep me posted and maybe I can look into things for you over here or at least help you with questions.
