How long to master the basic skill AM

Helo , i want to know how long to master the basic skill AM and start a campaigne

A couple of days if you're doing it solidly. You'll need a lot more than that to get to profit, but you should be able to learn everything you need to start a campaign over a weekend.

Note that you might need a bit longer than that just to get affiliate accounts, advertiser accounts, etc, set up. But even so, from "I want to learn AM" to "I have my first campaign running" should take less than a week.

I would say MUCH longer than a few days. The skills you need to learn (imo) are:
- data analysis (ie statistics)
- copywriting
- research process

The first two can be learned pretty easily by downloading free courses online. The third comes through reading blogs n experience.

I generally categorize skills as knowledge/experience that is transferable across industries. For instance, 'farming facebook accounts' i wouldnt count as a skill, although management (of filipino outsourcers) and backend server configuration could be counted as skills.

@johnaff - oh, yeah. Getting to the point where you're good at running affiliate campaigns is a very different question.

@adangmulyana - just to clarify, my answer was to the question "how long will it take me to learn enough to launch my first campaign". If you were asking "how long will it take me to get good at this and get into profit", that'll take a LOT longer. Think months - 3-6 if you're working hard and are smart.

And as for how long it will take to master affiliate marketing - I don't think I know anyone who would claim to have completely mastered it There's always more to learn.
