How can i track banners with voluum (5)

hi please i m using Voluum but i don"t know how can i track my banners, when i click on variables :banner1 i can't see which banner made conversion, it's named Unknow :3
any help please? Also i already split test many banners, this data will be gone and i need to start from the beginning ? thank you

Which traffic source is this? Most traffic sources having tracking tokens you can add to Voluum for tracking banners.

If you'd tell us which traffic source it is we can give you more information. Alternatively, just send a support ticket to your traffic source and they'll help you.

if your network doesnt have any tokens you can submit banners and append hardcoded banner names to your url and will work the same on Voluum

for facebook its good way to append the adgroup to your Voluum links like &adgroup=abc
and for each adgroup you submit your hardcoded links
