Ads & Demographic Targeting

Does anyone know of any sites or ad networks (other than FB & POF) that let you target age & gender? I have an offer that converts but is only profitable when specifically targeting women of a certain age. Buying on sites that just trend to this demographic (according to quantcast anyway) hasn't been enough. Thoughts?

Cubics - its crap quality traffic though but maybe you can make it work.

also on display you can "buy data" .....from like targus or blue kia..... basically cookie data that has pegged that person as the demo you select....adds a certain price to the cpm 10-20c some where in that range

also RM has targeting camps where you can target a certain age/gender work best with RON.....

I would really talk to a network about what your looking for and see what they can do....
