When I click the "test link" on a campaign url or try to run cron-wurfl.php, I get the following error:
Fatal error: Class 'WURFL_Request_UserAgentNormalizer_Specific_HTCMAC ' not found in {cpv install folder}/WURFL/UserAgentHandlerChainFactory.php on line 0
Anyone see this before? DB seems ok, file permissions are fine, BeyondHosting just took a look at those as well and cofirmed and they pointed me to cpv lab support. Right now waiting on response on ticket, but been 9 hrs. I did some research and saw some answers saying CPVLab people might send me an updated WURFL db to install?
Yep, the first thing I'd try is BACKING UP THE OLD DB then testing installing a new one - assuming that the version of WURFL that CPVLab uses hasn't been encrypted with IonCube. If that's the case you'll have to wait for the new one.
Thanks for your reply. Finding cpv lab support is painfully slow haha. They just now got back to me about the license reset so I can move cpv to a different sub folder. They have yet to get back regarding the actual issue. I guess for now, once their internal ticket goes through, I can test a fresh install and a 3.0.1 upgrade to see if any of that fixes it.
Yeah, unfortunately my impression is that cpvlab isn't really a business priority for them these days.
You could always consider testing one of the newer trackers in the meantime?
Thanks again for your reply
I actually fixed it with a simple reinstall (phew). I laughed at cpv lab support...I had like 3 parts to my question, and after 24+ hrs, the only thing they replied with was moving my license to a different sub folder in my domain and ended with "if you have any other questions don't hesitate.."
Really hoping I don't run into any other cpv lab issues haha
