Facebook Quality Score
Hi,
if you have been on FB quite a while, its not a secret, that to keep FB happy and CPC's down, you need to keep the Quality Score high for your whole account which starts on ad and campaign level.
My question is, can we actually get insights on FB QS for campaign level, maybe per API or is the QS a purely internal measurement?
Cheers and thanks a ton

There is no quality score measurement on Facebook. The higher the CTR the lower the cost. It's simple.

are you suggesting that the Relevancy Scores, and the Positive / Negative Feedback scores have no impact?

I'm pretty certain that if you're running legit ads and care about longevity that RS and negative feedback from users most definitely have an impact on some level. If not on actual CPC, then for sure on account standing. But I'm willing to be wrong. However, I wouldn't be surprised at all if fb algorithms factor in negative feedback and relevancy in real time if/when your ads starting receiving a high influx those areas from users. Love to learn more about this though if anyone really knows for sure...

Yeah I'd agree... majority of our focus is on Facebook ads... and from our data we've noticed that FB RS plays a significant role in CPC. This obviously is combined with CTR, and a whole list of other factors.
Our rep also mentioned that RS is an indicator, but not an overall deciding factor, into account standing... i.e. if all your ads have lower RS scores, High negative low positive, and then checking how many times your ads been marked for spam/hidden/hide all posts from advertiser/unliked page... plus obviously violates terms.
Needless to say there's probably only really a select few people outin Palo Alto that actually know how it's really factored, but just off our experience, lower RS with high negative and low-med positive feedback often trigger more manual reviews of your ads/campaigns + lead to lower quality impressions and higher CPC's.

I dont think so, brother. Its often mentioned here on the FORUM but also everywhere else. Im fairly certain that your whole account but also everyone of your campaigns is judged on a QS basis.

You're not going to be able to get those specific insights directly but after you run campaigns for a while you should get a feel for it. CTR is likely the biggest factor for Relevance Score, but I've run campaigns before identical targeting where lower CTR ads were getting higher Relevance Scores so other factors definitely affect. I've spoke to FB reps who confirmed quality score can also include conversion rates, likes, comments, reporting, and shares.

Does Quality Score has like a timeframe. So for example: if you have a few people that reported your ad (for whatever reason) after a while like a week or so of no reportings your quality score go's up again? Or does it work with how many people saw the add / reportings? Or is it just like reported is reported and it will keep that way for always?

If you have a few bad reportings Quality Score go's down also right? Does that apply to the whole account? Or does that apply if you make a look-a-like campaign? or does it only apply for that campaign?
Is it a smart move that if you are doing blackhat you let the campaign run whitehat for a while first (to get lower CPC quicker and more stable)? If so, for how long?
(i also would love a answer on the Q i asked earlier above)
