Easy peasy W9s (3)
If as a foreign affiliate you work a lot with US networks you no doubt frequently get asked to completed the dreaded W9 form.
Just saw this site on product hunt which is great if you are asking lots of people for W9s
But they also have a super easy web form for sending a W9

ps its not ours - a guy that build the Desk editor on OSX created it i think to solve his own itch
Foreign affiliates submit W8s not W9s.
Also, I don't think too many US people would want to run their personal info and SS# through some sort of random online page someone made, even if helpful.
