Was creating some new pages for coreg, tested my iframe page and got this:

Looks like their mysql server is down.
Also same problem on MundoMedia.
This means leads aren't being tracked
MYSQL server F'ed up
My SP AM pinged me with the news. I presumed everyone got the alert...I guess all AMs are not created equal.
Looks like we're back in business now.
What time did this go down?
went down around 2-3am est, my am bbm'd me
I just got this email
Lets see how the go crediting the leads back. I had leads for days ago that dissapeared too.
this is pretty unacceptable if they plan to be taken seriously.....why would you rely solely on one hosting provider? and not have a backup? seem to me that it should just be a part of doing biz...when your doing biz at their level....and making the kinda of money they are making....
but but but its rackspace
I talked to my AM about this too, they will be crediting leads. He said they already have over 75k in leads to credit, wow. He also said the stats from Sept. 21 - 24 were still tracked, and will be uploaded by the end of today. Still sucks, I bet they'll buy some backups now at softlayer or wiredtree or something. Could have saved 75k+
I just came to the forum to post the same problem. SP was working fine for me yesterday (or at least I thought it was), but then this morning - UK time - I noticed the SQL error.
The error seems to have cleared now, BUT my framable path is now just re-directing straight to the GWP URL - popularproductsonline.com, and not to the page which asks the user to confirm their cell number.
Tried hitting my SP AM up, but he's not around at the moment.
was going to launch some international stuff on SP today...is everything back to normal now or should I hold off?
Everything is back to normal now.
Are Mundo stats still down for the previous days?
I know its human nature to bitch loud when things go wrong and keep quiet when when all is well, so I probably should just count me monies and log off but...
My SP AM pinged me with the news, warning me to pause if needed, and was proactive enough to contact me with compensation arrangements without me having to whine about it.
My SP AM didn't tell me anything.
I then asked him how long did the failure last, he said he'll get back to me with an answer when he's in the office.
He still hasn't given me an answer.
Should I request to change AM or should I generate more revenue to get his attention?
Get a new AM, the network should be working for you, not the other way around.
