Yeah, depending on the type of campaign you are running (bh v. wh), check your cloaker. You can block that referrer (means that it's detecting a redirect). If you start to see a lot of lm.facebook or l.facebook.com it could be spelling the beginning of the end for your account.

Check the domain with WOT, most probably like what @nickpeplow says, your domain is flagged.
