i have been running this offer for about 2-3 weeks , had many issues to fix on my
this week i started making another popads campaign with the profitable site id's i found

i have 4 lp's on even 25% rotation using
lp themes :
1. facebook - replaced it with ios last week
2. google play
3. google plus
4. spin the wheel
ROI for the last 7 days : -76%

making my campaigns run at specific hours i thought to be more fitting for this type of offer - running at 18:00 - 02:00
at the moment i am checking the status on a daily basis for the site id's that go over the X3 budget and exclude them from the campaign
at the same time i am looking for profitable site id's and adding them for my higher budget campaign that has only profitable site id's on its placement list
today is my 2nd day running the new high budget campaign , i saw that almost none of the budget was touched - out of 9$ of the daily budget only 0.5$ was spent
on the other hand my first campaign was only a few hours until it dropped to 0.00
my current thoughts :
1. i think i should start tracking the 2nd higher bidding campaign separately on voluum , thought about making new sub domains , copy the lp's and make a new campaign on voluum or try to use the multiple click url instead of making a new campaign on voluum .
2.keep tracking the campaigns and exclude the non profitable placements
3.i also see that on the last 7 days that all my lp's have converted
, i always thought id get -100roi for a few months before i started running the campaign

update for the week - total roi -70%
most of the week was on -100 / -90 roi
last night readjusted my bids and got a daily conversion record of 6 , spliited by 1 to clickdealer and 5 to adsimills
have 10 profitable site id's on the higher bidding campaign , removed 6 non profitable site id's on the lower paying campaign
the high budget campain still spends the budget very slowly on my current bid ( barely 0.5$-1$ per day ) while my lower budget spends its budget faster but this week i can defenilty see some slowing down on the spending per day
i am aiming for 100$ per day as my main target for now , but certainly there are a few milestones to reach before reaching it:
1. get myself to a status where i break even or have better roi from the last results , i see yesterday results as -83 roi for clickdealer , - 57 for adsimills (which is the highest roi i had so far )
2. thinking about making a campaign only for adsimills or adding another offer , not sure yet , will make a decision soon , if you have any comments please let me know , it will be very appreciated
3. get the tracking separately between the high bidding and low bidding popads campaign - started working on this - i am using amazon s3 - cdn - route 53 with
4. by reading the follow along by xxf8xx , i found the guide to make your landing page load faster ,thanks mate , http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...s-Loading-Time ill start working on it this weekend and see if it has any effect on my campain
*one questions about checking the speed , is making a paid account at pingdom is a must to check your lp's speed ? are there any other free services out there anyone can recommend me to check ?

Hey there! You don't have to create a pingdom account to check, just go to : http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/ and you're good to go. Even better: If you're using google chrome you can simply click View -> Developer -> Developer Tools, then open the Network tab, and reload the page and you'll see the waterfall and all stats you need to see. Also see: https://varvy.com/pagespeed/defer-images.html , and if possible, move all your <script> tags to the bottom of the html body
For whether or not to cut landers: http://www.peakconversion.com/2012/0...al-calculator/ , plug in amount of visits under "Trials", and conversions under "Successes". There is no right way to do but for now I only cut landers when their probability of being best is less than 10%.
With the ROI you're at now you probably want to try optimize your landers and offers before cutting placements/whitelisting unless they are absolutely -100% ROI at 1-3x payout spend, or 0% CTR after 200-500 visits. Instead of a high-bid whitelist campaign, you could try a high-bid campaign bidding for exactly the same as your "normal" campaign, and see if it yields a higher ROI when you run them both simultaneously (and grouped). With low bids you might get much lower quality traffic and lower ROI than with high bid.
10% leaves room for a lot of variance. I would suggest going for 5% or less before cutting. I know affiliates that cut on 2% or less even. Variance is quite high there, and if you use 10%, it means 1 in 10 tests you cut the better lander. Add that up to how many landers you test in how many campaigns and you see that you cut the best lander just way too often.

i have made some some adjustments over the weekend and actually hit ROI+ today and yesterday for about an hour which was sweet ,i invested in the last 3 days about 60$ running the campaigns for the weekend , found some more profitable site id's and some non at *1 time payout costs to exclude , i have so far about 20 profitable site id's on the whitelist high bidding campaign and 20 non profitable on the lower one , also kept track and saw my new added f5 offer to replace clickdealer was not converting after one day so i decided to pull it out from the high bidding campaign and keep testing it with the low bidding campaign , these are the stats so far, :
3 last days : -44% ROI Attachment 10496
yesterday : -54% ROI Attachment 10497
today so far : -32%ROI Attachment 10498
interesting tip about the high bidding campaign ysekse , i'll try it out and see the difference.
as for the landers - i have now tried to check their speed through google chrome ,really helpful tip there thank you !!! could you tell me how do you understand what is the time of upload ? do you count it from the very start to the very end ? or just until the main index.html file uploads ?
from the moment it seems that the most least converting lander is preforming at about 30 precent from the other landers for the last 7 days but today it was a bit less then 10% , some screenshots :

been runing an f5 and adsimills offer for the last 3 days at 50-50, so far all the conversions are from adsimills .
the campaign is now paused as i am rethinking my next move , someone who i value his opinion a great deal has suggested i start looking to promote a different offer ,maybe voucher offers .
unsure of my next step yet would appreciate your point of view .

hi everyone , its been a while since i updated on what i was doing , hope it's going well for you .
first i want to say thanks again to the amazing people around this forum that have took the time to help me out ,
i have met some awesome people from here these past few weeks and joined a great MM skype group ,all of them from stm .

so about what i was doing
basicly a lot of foolish decisions i guess ,
tried a few campaigns with ytz , afflow , clickdealer and mundo with popads , dntx and propeller ,
geo's i tried with ytz
SA , KU, ZA , IQ
ran it for about 3-4 days with popads , then tried the same geo's with afflow to compare it to ytz ,and the results were much better on afflow but also had 100% cloacking on afflow with popads .
ran that for a a few more days and then took the most converting geo among them SA
ran it with dntx for a about 3-4 days also compared ppr and ppv on dntx and the results were intresting , ppr seemed to take better use of the budget
at the time i was also preparing myself to run a sweeps samsung s7 offer in india , worked my ass of on these lander adding scripts for pop in , out , sound , backbutton , carrier logo's you name it
some of them backfired into killing the page's function on certain devices /browsers
so eventually after a few weeks of experimenting i came to a conclusion that it will never be perfect and i just have to run the landers and start learning from the data , and so i decided to focus on one traffic - propeller , split the devices into ios and android and run it for afflow , clickdealer and mundo offers , made campaigns for each ios and android for IN with mundo and clickdealer and SA with afflow
still having some issues getting the tracking right with afflow , after contacting
so far my campaigns avg results for the last 3 days 
haven't started blacklisting yet , the daily budget is very small for now at 5$ for campaign x 4 camps = 20$ daily so the data is coming slow , i think i'm gonna cut the india android campaign as it's stuck on -100 for the last 2 days
increase in ios campaign's budget and maybe try a different approach for the android user offers
just got a recommendation to send ios users to android offers and android users to ios offers , i've tried the same offer for both so far and it was a samsung offer , gonna try that soon
as for the afflow SA camapign , gotta fix the tracking first ,only then i will know how i am really doing with it.

also translated my text at transey , seems very good so far and at reasonable prices and the pages i used the translation are converting the best ( compared it 2 translated vs 2 original with small edits with google translate)

tried running it in popads but i see there's no much traffic there , even if i am at the 5th place in bidding the expectations for views is below 1000
also noticed i have a major leak in traffic - 50% of the views on propeller don't show up on
contacted propeller and they asked me for my server log files , i'm using amazon s3-cloudfront -route 53 , been trying to understand how to get them but still haven't figured it out , started contacting people on fiver to try and sort it out fast , might also try amazon support or changing to a different hosting service
any tips or help on the matter would help a lot
