Buying cheap traffic (7)
Hey guys, im looking for some cheap traffic ( web & mobile ), that I would like to use for some testing ( not to promote offers ). Any good suggestion ? Im looking for something cheap, but still not totally junk

Pop traffic seems to fit that description.
Just bid low if you're not concerned about traffic quality. (I'm curious though - what could you be testing other than offers?)
If you pick a big geo on a big traffic source, you could probably still get enough volume to test whatever it is you're planning to test, even when bidding low. Zeropark, propeller, adcash are some of the biggest sources.

It’s a bit difficult suggesting anything because I don’t know exactly what you wanna do. It really depends a lot on the vertical, GEOs, Adnetwork, etc. Can you please be more specific on what you’re looking to promote or what GEOs you’re targeting?
In any case, besides the pop traffic that vortex already mentioned, you could try buying by CPM with a 300x250 banner and minimum bid. Even though you’re bidding low, it’ll still bring you good volumes of traffic. Moreover, it won’t be total junk: since you’re using a banner, the users that click will be interested in seeing what you want to offer. Even 300x100 or 300x50 are good options, for the same reasons.
As for where to buy, if you’re looking to promote mainstream content, the idea is to work with a DSP (Sitescout) that’s connected to a large AdExchange (Smaato, for example). However, this platform works in RTB (real-time bidding). That means you’ll end up competing with other DSP that are connected to the same AdExchanges and, consequently, connected to the same publishers. You can also use an AdNetwork, such as Adcash.
In case you want to promote adult and are looking for quantity rather than quality of traffic, Exoclick or Adxpansion are the places to go.
It’s also important to bear in mind that web traffic is always cheaper than mobile, if we’re talking about the same segment.
