I'd like to know this too, as trafficprotector notifications aren't coming through for a couple days, rendering the service useless

Unfortunately we experienced some technical difficulties in the past 3 days, but we're happy to announce these have been resolved. The infrastructure has been improved so this won't happen again. All customers have been credited with free SMS as a token of goodwill.
