You will never know if these work or not unless you test them. Also dont underestimate the power of a well executed Landing page, its not just about the banner 
Each of the banners has some angle, some are very general, some not so much.
Let me take if from left to right :
1. threesome + local
2. free fucksite + 1st of its kind
3. not a dating site + for quick sex
4. moms fuck for free, not like hookers ...
5. top site in a GEO, no cc etc ...
Every banners has an angle, the message its trying to pass along is the angle actually. But you are right, these are no inovative nor any special, so if these work for someone it must be well optimized targeted campaign or a killer LP or a killed offer
