Does anyone know of an easy online video Saas (best case scenario would be online) that can add a colored bar (white/black) to the top/bottom of a video, along with colored text? See example...
What you're looking for seems very basic,
There's Adobe AfterFX, Sony Vegas Pro & Adobe Premiere.
If that's all you needed to do I could do this in 30 seconds for you if you really needed.
