The system is programmed to pop up help/tutorials the first time your perform certain actions or visit particular pages. This is a one time deal.
It's been the best way for our small team of 3 to be able to support the tens of thousands of users that have Prosper202 installed.
You can also edit the code and remove the support widget from the software. This means absolutely no more messages from us, but then the downside is you won't be able to contact us either.
