Watch out with paypercall and tech support offers. Most networks that offer them have a network-wide scrub rate and the advertisers have a tendency to cut calls before they reach the number of minutes on the phone requirement, and then they just call the user back.
Definitely place your own test calls on a weekly basis to check if everything is being done on an honest basis. paypercall and tech support is definitely the wild west, especially in the states.
Last but not least, be careful with the SEC :-)
