"website field", PPC, terms and conditions / networks refusing payouts?

I'm a bit confused.... maybe someone can answer this for me. I am "noob" regarding ppc which I'm looking to set up now. However, I've been doing affiliate marketing from organic google for about 2 years. In the past, I have always just put links on my site which receives organic traffic. The question I have regards the common "website field", when you are actually looking to post your links on, say, facebook ads (redirecting through a tracker i.e. not literally direct obviously), or ultimately landing pages, rather than on a dedicated website. so...

1) What do you put down for website info when registering? See image for example from CJ:

2) Are we actually explicitly allowed (generally) to just redirect paid traffic to our offers or is this bending / abusing the intended protocol? (I realise this may be specific to individual t&c, so please state individual platforms you use where you know this is okay)

the last thing I want is to spend a whole bunch of money on paid ads, racking up commissions which then don't get paid out due to t&c violations... anyone clear me up on this? Thanks
