Mobile Carriers

I'm running a campaign on JT that only targets Tmobile. There are a lot of other crap showing up though. How can I get rid of it - its eating up traffic and not converting

Anyone?

Seems like its either part of the phone or some app (I'm not targeting Androids/iPhones)

Is there a way to block these outright or do you have to filter it out via publisherID?

Can't you ask your rep about blocking these carriers?

I have, but its weekend and I don't have patience

Can they block it? I was hoping that when I pick the carrier that shit won't show up? Do you know what it is?

Just to make sure...are you allowing wifi in there? Because roadrunner I believe is a high-speed cable-based Internet access provider. And looky there, you've also got "at&t internet services" showing up. A lot of weird shit will get in there if you let wifi - including devices that aren't actually phones (i.e., iPods).

Can I block wifi traffic myself? the only 2 options are...

"Target All Carriers and WiFi Traffic"
"Target WiFi Traffic Only"

No option to "Target Specific Carriers by Location?"

??

It's the third option, immediately below those two: "Target Specific Carriers by Location." Select it and then choose the carriers you want to target from the list that appears.

Yes. That's exactly what I am targeting - only have Tmobile selected.

In that case, you need to talk to your ad rep & make sure you're not paying for those wifi clicks...ask how to block that wifi traffic.

Already sent him some screenshots - he stuffs up a lot though. One of my paused campaigns went active after I asked him to lower my bids on another campaign - burned through a lot of cash. He's got one more chance

I had a closer look at my stats and it seems like most of the stray carriers are from two types of phones. I've blocked them for now until I can speak to my rep.

You get this resolved?
