Facebook Spy Tool

This may have already been asked, but what is the best spy tool currently for facebook if your looking to build viral sites and asses the market?

I know some can be found with a simple Google search, but I tend to trust the relationships I've built here the most. I would appreciate if anyone had some insight as to which tool is the most effective and accurate. More specifically I am looking for something like a "What Runs Where" for facebook... if that exists.

Adsvantage, nothing else comes close.
