I’m from India and I have been around in AM for a while (Started Sep 2014).
I started out with a friend (on Mobile Display), who was moderately successful ($xxx,xxx/year profits) and with a team.
I used the word moderate
as his accomplishments dwarf in comparison to some of the reasonably successful Affiliates
here!!
However things didn't go as planned for the next few months and business went south.
Hence we decided to part ways as he wanted to revive his main area of business (PPC) and couldn’t devote much time
on the sinking ship that was Mobile Display.On july 2015 I went solo and have been trying to make this work since but have failed to do so beyond a certain point (low $xxx/day).I stay profitable for couple of weeks and again campaigns die and I pile on losses.
My main pain point is I run completely white hat and have not been able to compete.
Sometimes when there are losses and I’m down, I feel like junking the whiteHat stuff and
sending my Morale to Hibernation for a while till I’m in a good position to wake it up back again.
Fortunately or unfortunately I haven’t been able to do so.
Finances are running out and I’m down to my last pennies.
Hence before I start looking out for a Day job of "Technical Architect” which i had resigned couple of years back,
I want to give AM, one last shot , albeit with some mutually beneficial help.
What I have discovered from my Stint with AM is, working with a team is the way to go now.
Since I’m running short on finances at the moment , I figured I can’t do that on my own.
Hence I’m looking for a partner (from US/Europe) who can fund the setup cost.
Those of you who are already successful but managing with Virtually Assistants currently ,
I’m looking forward to partner with you. I can help you sort out most of your execution headaches
by recruiting , training and managing a team of professionals (Developers , Designers , Copy writers , Campaign Managers etc) in India.
The business development part can be handled by you in US/Europe while I handle the execution at a fraction of the cost.
We can Share the profits equally !!

There are tons of contractors offering outsourced services. Why would/should someone work with you?
In response to that question, "Trust is my Middle Name" is not really the strongest selling point in the world.
Your pitch is me, me, me.
Count how often you've used "Me" and "I"
Then count how often you have used the word "You".
Customers are egoistical, they don't care about you. All they care about is themselves.
You've failed to communicate what's in for an potential buyer.
