Zeropark Top Bid vs. Avg Bid?

So I am buying "Domain" traffic on zeropark

My bid is 0.0230 (Auto)

Tested $50 on RON

One of the targets has this data:

TargetA:
Spent: $17.57
Avg bid: 0.0269
Top bid: 0.0082

What does Avg bid mean in this case if the top bid is already here? Why is it higher than the top bid?

If I just want the top position, should I set my bid to 0.0082 or 0.0269?

Should I set a custom bid for each Target or set all to Auto bid?

It's been some time since I've last run on ZeroPark, but I believe this is your answer:

The average bid shows the average cost of acquiring an impression on your target.

The top bid shows the highest *individual* bid on your target. This may not include bids given through broad category targeting.

For example, if someone was bidding for the target's entire category at $0.03 then they would pick up impressions on your specific target without creating a new larger top bid.

The fact that your top bid is much lower than the average bid suggests that this specific target may not convert for your competition's campaigns.
