can't see conversions on voluum

hi all

happy to say i just ran my first campaign for the last 3 days ,and according to clickdealer i have some conversions - about -70%ROI ,

i'm having a few tech issues i was hoping someone could point me on the right direction to fixing the issue.

i can see visits and clicks but i can't see the rest of the column , conversions , roi ,cost etc ... its all blank on 0.00

tried editing it from inside the campaign and landers details , but still haven't found the right solution yet , also sent an email to Voluum about this issue.

can anyone tell me what i am missing here ?

thanks
ofer

have you placed your Voluum postback url on the clickdealer offer? See this page for setup instructions: http://charlesngo.com/voluum-campaign-setup/#postback

hi memo87 , thank you for your comment ,i believe i did that , i have followed ruby tunes pops and redirect guide , took the postback url , contacted my AM and she filled in the values of the cid with s2 and payout=#price#

she said she put this postback as global but just to make sure i entered it in the offer's postback on the site ,
uploading some screen shots , let me know what you think

Yeah that was the problem. Your postback is setup to have Cake send the s2 value back to Voluum, but the offer link in your 2nd screenshot has the Voluum click id set for s1. So changing the s1 and s2 values to s1={campaign.id}&s2={clickid} should fix it.
