Outbrain Account Manager

Can anybody share info on getting assigned an account manager at Outbrain? We've been spending consistent money with them and emailed support several times, but continue to be told to talk directly with support.

maintain consistent spend over 30+ days then hit them up.

they're not as willing to offer reps nowadays, but at a certain level you'll get on their radar.

for example $1000+ per day will get attention.

For an Outbrain account manager, if you sign up through the website rather than calling over the phone to create your account you have an uphill battle to get an AM.

First, they bucket these as "selfserve" accounts and review them once per quarter (every 3 months) to see who warrants attention to even consider.

Second, as others have stated you need to spend $1k+ per day for some time too.

If you are lucky enough to be in a country they consider growing; you have a much better chance. It is easier to get an AM if you are based in Germany, France, Brazil or Japan then if you are in the US or UK.
