admob problems, wtf is going on? (10)
ok so I decided to test admob a little and I set my campaigns for like 30 bucks. I get them I run them it hits the budget cap and I look at the numbers. Now I go to up my budget another 30 dollars and now I get no traffic. Why won't I get any traffic now do I have to wait a day, why won't it start serving again after I raise my daily budget after it hits cap?
Would it be possible that you got more traffic than what you paid for on the first 30 bucks and now they are making up for it? Or maybe it's just a delay thing, especially if you only look at Admob as their interface is pretty slow.
i upped the spend and let it sit for two hours, it only took like 30 mins when I first unpaused it to get traffic
Welcome to admob. Try pausing waiting and un pausing again.
I find AdMob *almost* as infuriating at Nintendo back in the day having to blow on cartridges and hope Mario Bros didn't crap out after the first world.
So i need to like pause the campaign then unpause it like 10 mins later i can do a quick pause unpause after upping the daily budget?
AdMob won't let you change the daily budget for the same day. Any changes will take affect the next day.
Also, they run there days off GMT. That means a new day starts at 7pm central time for example.
then how do you control spend keep it at a high budget and only fill the account in increments?

Pause..unpause or copy the campaign. Also, their stats are delayed 30-60 minutes...
If you watch your Ad Balance (remaining funds) under Account Summary, THAT seems to always be current even if everything else is delayed.
