Problems with voluum and exoclick

Hi!

Im pretty new to Voluum, and im running into some issues, that i cant figure it out by myself, and maybe some of you, have solve this issue in the past!

The problem im facing its simple: i have a campaing running in exoclick via Voluum, as soon as exoclick starts to send traffic, voluum dont track the "Cost" properly, i have set the campaing to track the cost in "Auto"

What voluum says: Cost: $85.2
What exoclick says: Cost: $23.71

If anyone have any idea about this, i will thank you very much!

Exo doesn't send the cpm cost automatically. You have to insert it as manual cpc on Voluum and still is not exact. This is an exoclick issue and it seems they don't want to resolve this problem.

Exoclick does pass the cost, but it passes back your CPM cost, which Voluum identifies as the CPC.

You're better off guesstimating and updating later.
