SOS: Pop traffic source with mobile carrier force - Sout Africa

Hi Guys,

I´m about to run an offer in South Africa that only allows carrier traffic (not wifi).

I have some money in PopAds but heard that it is not a good option for the case.

Appreciate any advice on good pop traffic source that could acomplish my needs.

Hello! Why PopAds is not good? It is good network
I also advise PlugRush and PopCash

ZA carrier traffic is in high demand. A single network won't fit the bill. Buy in bulk on all main networks (propeller, popads, popcash, adcash, exo, selfadv, dntx...) filter with your tracking for wifi and carrier, send wifi to another offer or to an monetizing solution.
