i have my lp's set and ready to go , got confirmation from my AM they are good to go, connected them to

now my questions is primarly on how to setup and optimize popads ? any suggestions as or a link to a guide would be very appreciated , i just couldn't find any on my searches yet .
my other questions are about getting some networks approved ,i have been told by a friend from here that i should have at least 2 similar offers from 2 different networks to promote , so far i got into clickdealer , applfoods and avazu but avazu and appfloods are mostly into CPI offers , i'm looking into more networks with voucher and sweep offers such as mundo and f5 and adsimills
however i have already tried earlier to sign up on these networks and got denied ( i didn't have any landers at the time to show them ) ,
do you think i could maybe get approved now that i have some lp's hosted?
any other similar networks you can recommend on with similar offers?
any tip will help
