So I am trying out Funnel Flux and am completely lost when it goes for tracking and Facebook. There is not much on Funnel Flux and mobile app installs, I am looking for someone who would help me with this.

What exactly are you trying to figure out?
FB has no dynamic tokens or postback URLs, so other than placing the FB pixel on your conversion page or inside a JS node (that you send people to on clickthrough), everything is very much up to you.
The config between Funnelflux and your affiliate network is independent of traffic source.
Usually I set up tokens for FB in the form of:
Name | Placeholder
Age | REPLACE
Gender | REPLACE
CC | COUNTRY_CODE e.g. US (just to see FF detected countries vs what you are targeting)
Camp | Campaign shortcode that only I understand
Ad | Shortcode for ad
Etc.
Then when you make FB ads, you use the tracker URL all the way up to but not including the ? that starts the query string data.
Then you put all of the query string data in the optional URL parameters field in FB, e.g. age=13&gender=M&CC=US&camp=broad-banana&ad=img1ac3
