Campaigns Not Showing in Voluum (6)

Hi there,

I could really use some help, as I am beyond frustrated. I have not been able to get my campaigns to show up in Voluum when I enter them - only the offers associated with the campaign. I've done it in the past and believe I am following the same steps, but they don't come up on the Dashboard.

I am sure I am missing a step, but I cannot figure it out. I've run through the steps shown in support, but am not getting the campaign URL so that I can get a postback pixel set up in the offer. I'm a newbie (I'm sure that's pretty clear, so I could really use some help if someone could take the time.

Just to clarify - are you trying to set up a campaign in Voluum, or are you looking for a postback link to paste into your affiliate network?

There is an icon that looks like an envelope at the top right corner when in the campaign menu. Select "all" when clicking it.
That's the only thing i could think of if i understood your question correctly.

Thanks, Amy. I am learning Voluum the hard way. In my effort to clean up some past messes, and after asking for help everywhere I could think of, I did get it straightened out. I had the "archive" open instead of "active". I suspect you know Voluum very well, so you probably know what I did. I appreciate the offer to help me. I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner - I was traveling for work.
