You can do this with Google Analytics by adding custom dimensions and metrics to your reports:

Create a dimension with the scope being Session, Time on page etc. whatever you need, you also set the name to IP, and then you need to update your analytics tracking code too.

Then you can just generate a custom report by selecting the new custom dimension combined with the metric.

If this is what you're after, aside from GA I have no idea about any other tools.

Any one have an idea about how to do it with Voluum?

I think it would be nice to have such a feature in Voluum. We could be getting data like "How much time visitors from x site spend" so we could be avoiding placements that send us visitors that do not spend time on our site and focusing on those placements with the most spending time....

Im doing this in my custom tracker. The correlation is not meaningfull. Its not a magic bullet the most you can get out of it is have approx 5% really crap placements identified early but that doesn't mean much - It doesn't make or break the game.
