Need Help Popads Sweeps
Hi, I have been trying to optimize pop from -80% ROI with landing page of CTR around 6% , CR around 8% and after optimizing the Desktop, Mobile, ISP/Carrier, Browser and targeting placements and categories, I get very low traffic and it has been around -50% to -60% ROI. What else should I optimize? I have tried moving it to Adcash only targeting desktop as I see desktop has potential although mobile contributes quite a lot of traffic as well but still cannot get over -50% ROI. Popads do better than Adcash.
Should I move to next offer?

What's the hierarchy of building your campaign?
Are you testing the same offer(ie. iphone6s Netherlands) among various networks that have the same offer? I'd recommend to test at least 3.
Are you ripping landing pages? The reason why I ask this is because -80% ROI is relatively high if you're taking ripped landers. And at the same time, I THINK a CR of 8% doesn't make too much sense to me. For me it's usually around 1-3% CR.
For Sweepstakes, assuming you're doing iphone6 which is pretty popular nowadays, I find that desktop traffic also converts better for me. Have you split the traffic between mobile and desktop? Have you even split it even more with mobile by targeting mobile/wifi and mobile/carrier? Doing this allows you to bid at a better landscape than if you were to bid both mobile and desktop together.
Here's a gameplan I follow, perhaps it can help you:
1) Pick one of the top converting offers on the affiliate network, and then go to a spy tool like Adplexity and find out the most occurences of that offer being shown on the affiliate network. So, if I chose iphone6S sweeps in Netherlands. Adplexity may show something like this:
Adsimilis(52)
MundoMedia(42)
F5 Media(39)
Clickdealer(35)
Avazu(4)
Peerfly(3)
C2M(5)
With this info I determine which networks I could possibly test. *If you want to test all these networks, that's fine as long as you have the budget for it. But for me, I'd test the first four because those has the most occurrences.
2) After finding a winning offer, scour a spy tool to look for specific LPs that pop up all the time. For sweeps, usually there are 3-4 popular landers that always pop up. Take those landers and test which one is the best.
3) After you find the best lander/offer, tweak your winning lander to see if you can squeeze a better ROI from it. All between steps 1-3 make sure you're blacklisting any placements that are massively draining your budget. I'd recommend 3-4x payout. Although don't delete the placements that are providing the majority of traffic to your campaign. Instead, find ways to improve your overall funnel.
Hope this helps out.

Thanks for the answer, CR for 4 days is around 8% and ROI Round -71% and yes I ripped lander.

I asked my AM for best converting sweeps offer and tested on popads and adcash. The previous statistics I gave was on Popads only.
Yes, it is iphone 6 offer and I have split tested desktop and mobile, then I targeted desktop on adcash and I did target by isp by wifi and carrier too, narrowing too much give me so little traffic.
1. I am using Adplexity as well but when you type iphone 6 sweeps on the keyword and filter to netherland, nothing on sweeps will show up. And what does the number beside the affiliate networks for? Like Adsimilis(52), MundoMedia(42) etc. And why do you say you will test the first four?
3. In Popads, I can only whitelist placements and after whitelisting placements, I get like 60-70% less traffic. I can't even finish spending my little daily budget.
Thanks for your advice

Try searching for just 'iphone' and selecting NL as country.
He means that you should split test best performing offers from different affiliate networks (max 4).
if lander is ripped, double check for loading speeds (and optimize it if necessary) and for some evil codes that might be stealing portion of your traffic.

When I try to whitelist the ISP in Popads, let us say the ISP name is Abc and I cannot find it in Popads(only in Voluum data), so I cannot whitelist the ABC in Popads then I go to add rule in Voluum to send this ISP named Abc to my offer, am I doing it correctly? But what if there is actually a different name in Popads ISP for the Abc but I did not whitelist it, does this ABC go to blacklist and the Voluum rule will not work now?
How and where do I sell the unwanted traffic to? I have heard about YTZ, how do I set it up?
