No settings tab on prosper 202 (3)

Hmm, that's odd.

First thing I'd check are your error logs - probably at /var/log/apache/ if you're running Apache - and see if you get any errors when you load Prosper in your browser.

It definitely looks like some parts of the PHP aren't loading properly there. Once you check for errors we can debug this more easily.

Another thought - have you got NoScript active on your browser? If so that might be blocking needed scripts.

Hi there,

It's either a permissions issue or a host issue (godaddy)

We moved over to innodb years ago and part of that move involved converting old installs over from myisam. There are a few installs that didn't fully convert. If you check your 202_users table and see it's still myisam that's the reason.

It's been patched and fixed for 1.9.30 but that's not ready till next week. We have a patch file I can email you to fix this issue now.

The other cause of this is from certain shared hosting providers and their system settings. So far we know this is an issue with godaddy. Still debugging this one for the 1.9.30 release.

Either way please message me via the support widget in p202 and we will get this sorted out for you

Just to add to Mr Baffoe's answer - if you are on shared hosting with your tracking, I'd strongly recommend getting away from it. Shared hosting doesn't guarantee the availability of key resources and thus is a bad idea for tracking - you don't want a tracker that randomly times out and loses all your visitors.
