Did anyone figure out an easy way to eliminate showing ads and getting clicks from fake news, arbitrage type sites on Google display, see below examples

u can add them as exclusion if u have the list of websites. better concentrate on other aspects of your campaign. G already takes care of those websites for you if visitors do not respond well to the ads u run in any placement and cuts the bad for you automatically most of the time if you are running volume.
