Hello my friend. 
I have several websites with 1 million more visitors every day.
but my confusion to monetize in cpa (especially the install app), because I am focusing on install.
the problem is because it could not make the banner appear appropriate targets, countries, operating systems (andro/ios). and other.
and I am currently only utilizes popads only.
niche: music and movies
visitors: 1 million more per day (from 3 website)
country: asia

First of all, try network like PropellerAds - they are nice guys, and they are top in monetize sites in your niche.
They have banner ads as well and their CPMs in MP3/music/movies/download sites are sky high.
